did you know that 30% of clothing in wardrobes hasn’t been worn in a year?
this year we are supporting zero waste leeds as well as our local food bank as we channel the christmas spirit of giving!
in an effort to help less people in our community go cold this winter we are donating coats, fleeces, hats, scarves and gloves to be given out for free. last year Zero Waste Leeds were able to give out over 6,500 items of winter clothing to families for no cost, keeping people warm and saving over £132,000!
it is no secret that as a company we are big on sustainability (like seriously big), and this initiative is a great extra way to reduce waste.
alongside this, we are donating to our local food bank as between us, we would like to donate whatever we can to help people this winter. whether that be extra food in the cupboard or the old coat that our kids have grown out of. it all makes a difference 💝
