essential criteria:
- proven experience operating letter bending machines (alb, sds, or similar)
- previous experience in both forming and gluing build-up letters
- proficiency in using vector graphic editors like signlab or coreldraw
main responsibilities:
- develop and modify files for use with the router and automatic letter bending machine
- utilize various tapes and extrusions to accurately form letter returns
- securely bond letters following established company procedures
- maintain continuous and efficient letter production, minimizing downtime through proactive problem-solving
- adhere to the company’s high standards of manufacturing and quality control
