we are extremely proud to have worked exclusively last year with the nationwide building society design standards and property services teams who trusted us to develop the specification on brand signage elements – for the rollout of their new rebrand – all manufactured and installed by us. this year’s rollout really highlights our ability to deliver high volume work at pace and precision on a national scale.
we were tasked with turning around a prototype branch at nationwide house (head office) for sign off. we designed, manufactured and installed this branch in three weeks. following the sign off we were then tasked with the survey, manufacture and delivery of 67 branches across the nationwide estate (from the south coast to scotland).
we manufactured new brand elements such as new fascias and projection signs, around the window (vinyls), counter and internal ATM areas, making use of multiple methods. for example, folding and powder coating aluminium panels, electrical assembly, acrylic fabrication and laser cutting acrylic as well as dimmer switches to enable letters to be dimmed.
the installation of the main signage was carried out over a 5-week period. these signs were covered with temporary existing brand signage prior to the brand reveal 7/10/23 – to protect the rebrand. all branches were then unveiled over a 4-day period, using only 6 crews (2 people per crew) as the rebrand went live. we have now completed around 400 branches since last september!
