These days we all work in stressful environments and so it is really important to sometimes take a step back and take a more reflective look at how we operate and communicate with others.
Over the last few months Omega has done just this by taking all its Senior Managers out of the work environment to attend a session a week for 8 weeks on The DMM Personal Development Programme. The course seeks to enable individuals to learn to take responsibility for their behaviours and actions and to learn and practise different business skills to improve their overall performance. The delegates are challenged to put into practice lots of different techniques and then share and discuss these with each other. They then take these learning’s back into the work place and practise them, reporting back each week on what they have been doing differently and the results achieved.
