Fuller’s is a well-known brand acknowledged for producing some of the best beers in the world with their ales having won an array of glittering awards.
Maintaining these high levels of quality and service is a real source of pride and this is reflected in the strong branding and iconic golden griffin. Fullers take their signage brand very seriously and are recognised as being industry leaders, with a signage family that portrays perfectly the quality and high standards that are synonymous with their beers. However, Fullers were looking to evolve the concept for pubs which were aimed at the younger professional market. They needed a signage solution that was more contemporary but still up held the Fullers brand values. Working alongside designer Tim May, Omega helped develop a new signage family that still incorporated the iconic griffin logo but, by clever use of new fonts and the addition of new colours, they achieved the desired look whilst still being recognisable as part of the Fullers family. The process was very much collaborative and involved lots of input and sampling for approval by the Fuller’s executive team but after several revisions a perfect solution was achieved. The new branding looks stylish and aspirational and yet maintains the status and feel of the Fullers brand sitting comfortably alongside their traditional red, green and gold identity. ”We have worked with Omega for the last 12 years and they continue to impress.
